There are three first aid training venues for First Aid in Adelaide, all conveniently situated right in the heart of the CBD. They are all a short walk from Central Station, with numerous parking stations located nearby. It is convenient for commuters coming from any of the suburbs in the Adelaide Metropolitan area! Whilst there are no formal pre-requisites for this course, participants must be 14 years of age or older and have a basic level of literacy and numeracy. During your first aid training you will be required to work at a range of heights levels, and to roll onto your back, side and/or stomach. You are required to kneel and demonstrate at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on the floor as per the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
